TRAK’s largest market segment by value is the supply of space qualified passive components and subsystems. Establishing Europe’s premier supplier of space qualified passive RF & Microwave components didn’t happen overnight!
Each year since 1993 TRAK has expanded its product offering and customer base to include prime contractors and equipment manufacturers on every continent. Today over 21 years later, TRAK has delivered more than 163,000 Flight models (to the end of December 2016). They range from coaxial isolators operating in UHF & millimetre wave isolators for low and high power applications to multi-functional assemblies comprising couplers, transition, band pass filters and of course ferrite isolators.
Launched 3 April 2014 via Soyuz rocket from Kourou, French Guiana. Currently in a Polar, Sun-synchronous orbit at an altitude of 693 km with a revisit time of 6 days from two-satellite constellation. The payload mission is expected to be of 7 years mission duration and consists of a C-band synthetic aperture radar (SAR) for which TRAK supplied the TR module microstrip circulators.
