Operations comprises site manufacturing, in process and product quality and logistical functions. Each of which operates on a flexible shift system designed to make maximum use of the operational assets.
Core manufacturing processes include soldering (all operators are routinely ESA certified), wire & ribbon bonding, processing of ferrite/garnets and CNC machining.
All manufactured and procured piece parts are made in accordance with TRAK Microwave Limited drawings and specifications. TRAK uses a combination of in house and sub-contracted machined Aluminium and Stainless steel device housings for isolators, circulators, couplers, etc. Ferrite, magnets and chip terminations are procured from multiple approved sources.
