TRAK’s capability spans the design, qualification, manufacture and testing of passive RF products operating in assigned bands from 300 MHz to 55 GHz. All processes are designed to comply with AS9100.
TRAK maintains an internal machining, ferrite grinding and spark erosion capability to support product development & prototyping. The majority of production materials and services are contracted to approved vendors who produce the highest quality piece parts to TRAK procurement drawings and specifications.
The company uses a variety of FEA tools to simulate electro-magnetic, thermal and mechanical performance under the worst case conditions that the product will endure in its intended application.
Assembly & test is undertaken using a team of skilled technicians under the control and support of the Company Quality System. Most environmental screening is undertaken using in house facilities with additional and complementary testing sub-contracted within the United Kingdom.
