TRAK has developed a new high power Space Qualified SSPA isolator.
Based on the same outline as TRAK’s 3.7 to 4.2 GHz high power SSPA isolator (as used on such payloads as SES-2), the latest product is designed to operate over 4.2 to 4.8 GHz and handle a forward or reverse power of 30W CW at an elevated base-plate temperature. Engineering models have recently been delivered and flight models are scheduled to be shipped in Q4 2015.
